The LM2674M-3.3 / NOPB is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® Component Low Count Step-Down Regulator that provides all active functions for a step-down (buck) switching regulator, capable of driving 500 mA load current with excellent line regulation and load. This regulator is available in a fixed 3.3V output voltage and requires a minimal number of external components, these regulators are easy to use and include proprietary internal frequency compensation and a fixed frequency oscillator. This LM2674 regulator operates at a switching frequency of 260 kHz, allowing for smaller filter components than would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators.

The LM2674M-3.3 / NOPB is a SIMPLE SWITCHER® Component Low Count Step-Down Regulator that provides all active functions for a step-down (buck) switching regulator, capable of driving 500 mA load current with excellent line regulation and load. This regulator is available in a fixed 3.3V output voltage and requires a minimal number of external components, these regulators are easy to use and include proprietary internal frequency compensation and a fixed frequency oscillator. This LM2674 regulator operates at a switching frequency of 260 kHz, allowing for smaller filter components than would be needed with lower frequency switching regulators. Other features include a guaranteed tolerance of ± 1.5% on the output voltage within specified input voltages and output load conditions and ± 10% on the oscillator frequency. The output switch includes current limiting as well as thermal shutdown for full protection under fault conditions.
