The PT pressure sensor has a stainless steel measuring cell with a thick layer DMS sensor element adopted from the PK sensor range. Since the measuring cell is welded directly to the housing, a gasket that is in contact with the fluid is no longer necessary. The measuring cells have high overload and burst pressures, as well as being resistant to pressure spikes. Fields of application Type PT sensors are designed for industrial and mobile applications, but can also be used in special hydraulic and pneumatic applications with high operating pressure. Thanks to the high resistance to vibrations and shocks, the high degree of protection and the good EMC resistance.
