Functions for filling material torvas of an automatic or manual motor with slowing down and anti-crushing in Advance With electric photo-cell, 2 open and closed stops, internal limit switches, automatic-total, NOTE: the internal limit switches are by ammeter, if the automation were in bad condition, the internal limit switches would act if this happens, the machine will have to be corrected (for safety, it would act as anti-crushing) with an optional receiving card and transmitter. 1st. Function: MI1, Gait Pulse. By giving an impulse, the automation will start (instantly) to operate the blow valve (air), it will count a time delay already programmed (Parameter 05.00) and it will start to operate the filling motor to the torva with an acceleration ramp , the ramp time is programmed (parameter 01.09). 2nd. Function: MI2, Photo-cell = (Sensor) will detect the material, note: in this function we can place both a NO / NO Sensor - NPN or PNP, and NO / NA –PNP or NPN. To decipher the Sensor and say what type of Sensor we have (parameter 05.05). While the photocell is acting, no function will act except the stop. 3rd.Function: MI3 and MI4, STOP Here we will find two types of stop, total stop or stop, as long as the automation is in operation when pressing and leaving the pulse active, MI3 or MI4 the automation will stop immediately or stop.
