This program is designed to automate lathes, milling machines, fixed molas, band and disk saws, by being able to adjust the speeds its performance will be much higher and with this system it will not be necessary to have so many machines in the workshops.
1st. Function: MI1, Forward start, with an acceleration that is set in Parameter 01.09 and the deceleration in Parameter 01.10, The common is + 24V, PNP with MI1. 2nd. Function: MI2, STOP (total stop) + 24v (PNP common) and MI2. (Note: This function overrides all forward and reverse functions + 24v (common PNP)
* .Function: Stop (Total stop) Emergency Stop mushroom if activated it will make the total stop or STOP the automation will not work until the Stop (Total stop) mushroom is deactivated. Note: this total stop or STOP only disconnects all the functions of the inverter panel, it does not disconnect the input supply power to the inverter panel. 3rd. Function: MI3, Reverse start with acceleration set in Parameter 01.09 and deceleration in Parameter 01.10, Common is + 24V, PNP with MI3. 4th. Function: Turning the Panel Potentiometer clockwise will increase the speed and counterclockwise it will reduce the speed. The speed is set in Parameter 02.00. Note This setting will be the same for both forward and reverse turns and will be the maximum speed.
5th. Function: of the led witness,
